  1. I have had this silicon pan protector for over a year. I have used it with the included pan, which is not the greatest quality, and have used it with my nice, heavy, glass bottom springform pan. The protector works wonderful and takes the headache out of “hmm, did I get it wrapped well enough or not?” I would like to see a 10″ option available. Also, I would like to see an option for just the silicon protector since the pan quality is not the greatest quality.

  2. Michael Echandy says:

This review is for the Pan Protector only, as I use Fat Daddio’s cheesecake pans. The pan protector works great with the Fat Daddio’s cheesecake pans. No water gets in, EVER! Great cheesecake every time! I wish there was a 10″ size, as I have 10″ cheesecakes pans! Fingers crossed.

  3. This product is phenomenal! I bake several cheesecakes a week for my business and hated using so much expensive foil to protect them in the water baths! The perfect cheesecake pan protector is the answer to my problem! It’s sturdy and protects my pans without worry about wasteful foil or leaky pans. I’m so thankful I found this product!
